PharmacyReview is operated by Secure Medical, Inc.. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information, not medical advice

PharmacyReview summarizes public information and customer reviews about online pharmacies. Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation to take any medication. Talk to a licensed prescriber or pharmacist about your treatment, and only buy prescription medication from a licensed pharmacy that requires a valid prescription. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here.

Our relationships

PharmacyReview is operated by Secure Medical, Inc., which also owns eDrugstore.com — one of the pharmacies compared on this site. Read our full disclosure. Scores are produced by the published formula, applied identically to every pharmacy listed.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our review guidelines.

Your reviews

You confirm that your reviews describe your own genuine experience, and that you have no business connection to the pharmacy you review or its competitors. You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant PharmacyReview a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, format, excerpt and publish it on this site and in material about this site. You can delete your reviews at any time from your account page.

We may decline or remove reviews that don't meet our guidelines, but never because a review is negative, and never because of which pharmacy it concerns.

Acceptable use

Please don't: post content you don't have the right to post; impersonate anyone; submit reviews for pay or on behalf of a business; scrape, crawl or bulk-download this site by automated means; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it; or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Accuracy and currency

We work to keep ratings, verification status, pricing and other facts current, and each profile shows when its facts were last checked. Prices and policies change without notice, and listings may be incomplete or out of date. Confirm anything that matters to you directly with the pharmacy before you order. We don't guarantee that any pharmacy will accept you as a customer or supply any particular medication.

Other companies' names and marks

Pharmacy and brand names, logos and trade marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They're used here to identify those companies for the purpose of comparison and commentary. Their use does not imply any endorsement of, affiliation with, or sponsorship by those companies, except where we expressly disclose a relationship.

Links to other sites

Links to pharmacies and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites, we're not responsible for their content, products, pricing, privacy practices or the service you receive from them, and a link is not an endorsement. Your dealings with any pharmacy are solely between you and that pharmacy.

No warranties

This site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure Medical, Inc. and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for any personal injury or health outcome, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or your dealings with any pharmacy listed here — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secure Medical, Inc. and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you submit, your use of this site, or your breach of these terms.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to legal@pharmacyreview.com, including: your contact details; identification of the work; identification of the material and where it appears on this site; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your signature. We remove or disable infringing material and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Reporting a problem with a listing

If you're a pharmacy listed here and believe something about your listing is inaccurate, email hello@pharmacyreview.com with the detail you dispute and a source. We'll review it and correct anything we can't support, regardless of who raised it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above changes when we do, and material changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Secure Medical, Inc. agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms, together with our privacy policy and review guidelines, are the entire agreement between you and us about this site. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it.
