Review guidelines

Honest reviews from real customers, good and bad. Here's what we publish and what we don't.

What makes a good review

  • Your own experience ordering from that pharmacy: the consultation, ordering, delivery, billing and customer service.
  • Specific and fair. What happened, and what you'd want someone else to know.
  • One review per pharmacy. You can edit yours at any time; edits are re-checked before they go live.

What we don't publish

  • Spam or advertising.
  • Abusive, hateful or threatening language.
  • Contains personal information (names, addresses, order numbers, medical records).
  • Not about an experience with this pharmacy.
  • Written by someone connected to the business.
  • Duplicate or copied from elsewhere.
  • Promotes illegal activity or unsafe medication use.

Medical questions belong with your prescriber or pharmacist. Reviews that recommend doses or ways to get medication without a prescription aren't published.

How moderation works

Every review is read before it's published. We only decline a review for one of the reasons above, never because it's negative or because of which pharmacy it's about. That includes any pharmacy we have a business relationship with.

Member reviews are shown separately from each pharmacy's score, which is calculated with our published formula.

People who work for, or are paid by, any pharmacy on this site can't post reviews here.
